Hi! I'm Martina and I have been sober for five years. I'm a women’s life and sobriety coach, a sobriety activist, author and creative.

What was your favorite trip? And when was the last time you were on the road to yourself?

My journey started in Persia and that's where I have my roots.

I was adopted by German parents shortly after I was born and grew up in Germany and London. Later, at boarding school, I learnt a lot but, above all, I learnt about drugs and alcohol.

One day, I met Isabella Blow, Alexander McQueen’s mentor, and I became her assistant, confidante and friend. I admired her. She fascinated me.

Mission

My goal as a female life coach is to help women with their transformation and as a sobriety coach to support women in dealing with alcohol more mindfully to achieve abstinence. A drug-free, bad-habit-free lifestyle is the new path.

My engine? My experience. I have created a survival concept myself, the pillars of which are strongly anchored in the wounds of my past. It is tried and tested. Because I know the questions, fears and doubts that come up on the path to sober living.That's why, in addition to coaching, it's important to me to simply be there at all times as a partner, a friend, an understanding person and an advisor. Because that's exactly what I often lacked when fears and doubts arose at home and all my friends and acquaintances were away living that life I just left.
